Titan Comics and Games Workshop have teamed to bring countless Orks — and the Deathwatch Space Marines who hate them — to comics fans this coming January. Warhammer 40,000: Deathwatch is a four-issue miniseries based on the standalone Deathwatch board game.
The miniseries sees the Deathwatch team assailed by hordes of Orks while the fate of an entire sector hangs in the balance. In Warhammer 40,000 lore, the Deathwatch team is an elite group of Space Marines tasked with defending humanity and the Imperium of Man from the alien terrors of outer space, including not only Orks, but also the Tyranids, Dark Eldar, C’tan and Necrons.
