Popular fantasy anime Dr. Stone will return for Season 2 on Jan. 14!
The new poster shows Senku and his Kingdom of Science comrades squaring off against Tsukasa and the Empire of Might.
The teaser trailer also features characters who will make their anime debut in Season 2: Saionji Ukyo (voiced by Ono Kensho), Yo (Nakajima Yoshiki), and Nikki (Tanezaki Atsumi).
Inspired by Inagaki Riichiro and Boichi’s manga of the same name, Dr. Stone is set in a world in which humanity has been turned to stone. After waking up alone, a young genius named Senku tries to bring back the world around him through the power of science.
Dr. Stone is slated to air from Jan. 14.
