Illustrator Satoshi Bouno held his first personal exhibit titled “LOCUS” at the beginning of March. Details drawn with a delicate touch, the subtle balance of light and shadow, people drawn to feel cold and smooth to the touch like pottery…
The exhibit space, which made liberal use of the color white, gave attendees the chance to be able to take their time and enjoy Satoshi’s works which mix together fantasy and reality.
Tokyo Otaku Mode has begun sales of reproduction art prints of the actual works that were on display at the exhibit. Twenty-one works in total are available. The available works, including “paranoia” which has gained popularity on the Tokyo Otaku Mode Gallery, allow you to get a close look at Satoshi’s unique aesthetic sense and detailed worlds.
In addition to reproduction art prints, everyday items you can keep on you are also for sale, including T-shirts and an acrylic keychain. The T-shirts are new items designed specifically for the exhibit. These items are only available overseas through Tokyo Otaku Mode. Why not check them out?
Don’t just view Satoshi’s works through your monitor, experience the subtle charms of his works in real life!
