Henry Cavill already has one firm supporter to star in Netflix’s adaptation of The Witcher and its from a very familiar voice.
Doug Cockle, who voiced Geralt of Rivia across all three installments of CD Projekt Red’s acclaimed Witcher video game trilogy, has tweeted his blessing for Cavill to star as the character in the upcoming television series along with his support for showrunner Lauren Hissrich.
People keep asking… so… let me go on record saying I think that #HenryCavill will do a great job as #GeraltOfRivia ! He’ll make it his own of course, as well he should, and I can’t wait to see what @LHissrich and the whole @netflix team create. It’s gonna be #Magic 😀🦄
