Ant-Man Fan Theory Finally Confirmed By Kevin Feige

A popular fan theory from 2015’s Ant-Man has finally been confirmed by Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige ahead of the release of the sequel, Ant-Man and the Wasp.

Speaking with ScreenRant, Feige confirmed the fan theory during his appearance at the Ant-Man and the Wasp press junket. The theory in question suggested that while Ant-Man is shrinking to the subatomic level, the silhouette of the original Wasp, Janet van Dyne, can be seen in the collection of lights seen by Scott Lang and reflected off Lang’s helmet. “In the first film it was, we got a glimpse of it for people who like to go through frame-by-frame,” Feige said. “There was a little silhouette of Janet as the Wasp in there, which is a big story element in this movie.”
