In celebration of Avengers: Infinity War‘s theatrical debut, Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige surprised a theater full of moviegoers at ArcLight Cinemas in Hollywood with special guests Joe and Anthony Russo, Benedict Cumberbatch and Tom Holland. While nearly everyone made sure to avoid revealing any spoilers, Holland accidentally let one slip as he was introduced.
As co-director Joe Russo introduced Spider-Man to the excited audience, Holland took the microphone from Russo’s hand to say, “I’m alive!” You can watch the video, which was recorded by an audience member, below.

Of course, Spider-Man was one of the many heroes that turned to dust after Thanos successfully got a hold of all of the Infinity Stones and wiped out half of the universe. Unlike the others, though, his Spidey-sense kicked in and alerted him that something was wrong. This gave him time to realize just what was happening as he clung to Tony Stark, repeating, “I don’t wanna go.” While it was an emotional end for a character we were just beginning to get to know, it’s more than likely not the end of the line for Spidey, as Spider-Man: Homecoming 2 is said to be set after the events of Avengers 4.

Holland isn’t the only Avenger to spoil the film, as an older interview with Hulk actor Mark Ruffalo recently resurfaced showing the actor all but confirming the ending of Infinity War over a year ago.
