After releasing a brand-new trailer full of surprises last week, Fox is officially ramping up marketing on Deadpool 2 with the release of yet another poster featuring an annoyed Domino and Cable.
The latest poster for Deadpool 2, which sees the return of the Merc with a Mouth, puts the antihero alongside franchise newbies Domino (Zazie Beetz) and Cable (Josh Brolin). In typical Deadpool fashion, he’s doing his best to annoy Brolin’s Cable, while pulling an already frustrated Domino in closer for a group photo.

Deadpool 2 has been quite the talk of town as of late following reports that the film performed poorly at recent test screenings. While the studio was quick to dispel those rumors, the suggestion that the recent reshoots were to add more Domino and Cable — who proved to be standouts in screenings — seems entirely possible, especially with the studio moving to add the twosome to marketing materials for the forthcoming feature.
Beetz, of course, was recently revealed to have signed a three-picture deal with Fox, while Brolin was previously reported to have signed on for four pictures. Thus far, we know that Fox is looking to develop an X-Force movie with Drew Goddard — a project that is still said to be on track for production this year — however, those plans could always change once the deal between Disney and Fox goes through. For now, the future looks bright for the unlikely trio.
