As Hokage, Lady Tsunade is a just and kind leader who would give up her life to protect the village and its allies if necessary. She would fit right into the role of Headmaster at Hogwarts and do a stunning job because of her kindness, moral compass, and compassion.
7 Minato Is Shrewd And Reasonable
Minato Kamikaze, famous as Konoha’s Yellow Flash, was the Fourth Hokage of Konohagakure. With an indomitable spirit, Minato has fierce ambitions that drive most of his decisions. He is a kind man who doesn’t shy away from using his power to get his way.
Like many Hogwarts Headmasters, Minato would carry on the mantle and guide students towards bright futures. He’d encourage them to think for themselves rather than blindly following others, which could have helped students like Draco Malfoy. Known as the Hermit, Jiraiya is one of the famous Sannin. A loyal and trustworthy friend, Jiraiya tends to act irresponsibly and make jokes at his own expense. However, the irresponsibility that stems from his constant travels has enabled him to establish a wide network of trustworthy informants.
Jiraiya is a firm believer in justice and can differentiate between right and wrong. Although he might spend a lot of time away from his position as Headmaster of Hogwarts, his qualities would shine in his management and teaching.
4 Sasori Has A Down-To-Earth Outlook On Life
Sasori is a puppet master from the Hidden Sand Village and a member of the Akatsuki. He grew up with his grandmother and was not exposed to the warmth of parental love, which led to him being cold and reserved. Sasori trained to make and control puppets and became the most powerful puppeteer in the shinobi world.
As Headmaster of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, Sasori would safeguard his school against unwanted elements. For all the boarders at Hogwarts, he’d also provide a safe atmosphere – something that he never had.

Neji Hyuga is a child prodigy who gave in to his fate after realizing that being born into a branch family means lifelong servitude to the main family of the Hyuga clan. However, with Naruto’s help, Neji overcomes his fear of destiny and fate. Neji then strives to be the best he can be without putting others down.
Neji’s development from being scared to face his fate to becoming capable of accepting reality and making the most out of it proves that he’d make an excellent Headmaster at Hogwarts. Neji’s perseverance, resilience, and optimism would be useful traits to pass down to the witches and wizards of Hogwarts.
2 Guy Is Confident In His Abilities
Might Guy is a master of Taijutsu. Despite his limited talent in genjutsu and ninjitsu, Guy’s power of youth enabled him to fend off the Six-Tails and almost defeat Madara as the Ten-Tails’ jinchuriki, albeit almost at the cost of his life. Guy is a confident and ever-smiling person who understands that a little motivation and support can go a long way.
Guy would make a fun-loving and caring Headmaster at Hogwarts. He would wear his heart on his sleeve for his students and his patience would prove useful when trying to lead a school of approximately 1,000 students.
1 Hiruzen Is A Decisive And Thoughtful Leader
Hiruzen Sarutobi, popularly known as the God of Shinobi, was Konohagakure’s Third Hokage. A direct disciple of the first two Hokages, Hiruzen wholeheartedly believed in the Will of Fire that bound the residents of the Hidden Leaf Village. His knowledge and wisdom influenced many future generations of shinobi.
Hiruzen didn’t hesitate to put his life on the line for the sake of his village. As Hogwarts’ Headmaster, he wouldn’t allow anything to harm his people or break their will. He’d likely go down in Hogwarts history as one of the best Headmasters the school has ever seen for his wisdom, intellect, and courage.
