At New York Comic Con, Marvel announced a brand-new animated LEGO special titled LEGO Marvel: Spider-Man: Vexed by Venom is set to be released in 2019.
LEGO Marvel Spider-Man: Vexed by Venom will revolve around a drastic increase in tech theft in New York City thanks to infamous Spidey villains Venom and Green Goblin. In turn, it’s up to Spider-Man to figure out what they plan to do with the stolen equipment and put a stop to whatever evil scheme it is they have planned.

The voice cast for Vexed by Venom will include Robbie Daymond as Spider-Man/Peter Parker, Ben Pronsky as Venom, Josh Keaton as Green Goblin, Laura Bailey as Gwen Stacy/Ghost-Spider, and Tara Strong as Mary Jane.
Daymond, Pronsky, Keaton and Bailey all reprise their respective roles from the Disney XD animated series Marvel’s Spider-Man. Tara Strong reprises her role as Mary Jane Watson from Disney XD’s Ultimate Spider-Man and Marvel Rising: Initiation.

LEGO Marvel Spider-Man: Vexed by Venom is the latest in a series of LEGO/Marvel animated collaborations. Previous titles have included LEGO Marvel Super Heroes: Maximum Overload, LEGO Marvel Superheroes: Avengers Reassembled, LEGO Marvel Super Heroes – Guardians of the Galaxy: The Thanos Threat and Lego Marvel Super Heroes – Black Panther: Trouble in Wakanda.
