The still untitled Avengers 4 is one more step closer to completion… but it still doesn’t have a title.
Just two weeks after it was confirmed reshoots were underway on the film, actress Evangeline Lilly, who plays Hope van Dyne, the Wasp, announced she has finished work on the highly-anticipated feature. The actress posted a photo on Instagram of her holding a bottle of champagne with the caption, “Guys….I’m done!!!!!! I’m going home!!”

Reshoots officially kicked off approximately two weeks ago, with Chris Evans (Captain America), Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow) and Paul Rudd (Ant-Man) reuniting to film a scene that appeared to be set in New York. Since then, photos have continued to slip out courtesy of the cast, as they continue to wrap up reshoots and “finish the movie,” as Mark Ruffalo previously suggested.
Of course, as fans will note, during the post-credits scene of Ant-Man and the Wasp, Hope and her parents, Hank Pym and Janet van Dyne, were turned to ash following the famous snap. So, while we know the Wasp is set to return — something Lilly actually let slip earlier this year — it remains to be seen how Hope and the others that vanished manage to return. One thing is for sure, though. Lilly has definitely earned that bottle of Lanson champagne following the long promotional tour for Ant-Man and the Wasp, which actually just wrapped ahead of Avengers 4 reshoots.
