Although he shares his “Kingslayer” nickname with Game of Thrones‘ Jaime Lannister, WWE Superstar Seth Rollins put another one of his fandoms on display at SummerSlam in Brooklyn, NY, courtesy of ring gear inspired by the Mad Titan from Avengers: Infinity War, Thanos.
The torso portion of the outfit is deep purple, while the top features gold shoulder pads reminiscent of Thanos’ armor. Plus, if that’s not enough, costume designer Sarath Ton even shared a close-up look at one of Rollins’ boots (the same one he uses to deliver his Curb Stomp finishing maneuver), which was modeled after Thanos’ all-powerful Infinity Gauntlet.

Of course, Rollins isn’t the only WWE Superstar to channel his inner-Marvel fan this weekend. At last night’s NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn 4, Johnny Gargano sported ring gear inspired by none other than Marvel’s resident symbiote Venom.
Directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, Avengers: Infinity War stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner, Scarlett Johansson, Paul Bettany, Anthony Mackie, Paul Rudd, Elizabeth Olsen, Tom Holland, Benedict Cumberbatch, Chadwick Boseman, Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Bradley Cooper, Vin Diesel, Tom Hiddleston and Josh Brolin. The film is now available on home release, both digitally and physically.
