Marvel Comics has announced its slate of panels for Comic-Con International in San Diego later this month. Along with providing more details on the relaunch of Amazing Spider-Man, Death of the Inhumans and the celebration of Marvel Knights’ 20th Anniversary, the publisher will offer additional clues on the return of the Fantastic Four, along with the promise of a new X-Men team.
The description for the “MARVEL COMICS: Next Big Thing” panel on Saturday, July 21, continues the march towards the return of Marvel’s First Family, with an unknown obstacle standing in their way: “In Fantastic Four, the Richards family is heading back to Earth, but they still have one more cosmic obstacle to overcome.”

With X-Men Blue and X-Men Gold coming to an end in September, Marvel appears ready to replace them on its publishing schedule with an all-new team, with the first details coming in the “MARVEL COMICS: X-Men” panel on Sunday, July 22: “The Red, Blue, and Gold teams confront Atlanteans, uncertainty, and Extermination, and the secrets of a NEW X-team are revealed!”
