Director Zack Snyder has revealed more details that paint just how different Justice League would have been had he been able to complete the Warner Bros. film. This time, he’s confirmed a rumor that Ezra Miller’s Barry Allen was supposed to receive a second Flash suit — from none other than Bruce Wayne.
In Justice League, The Flash’s costume was homemade, albeit using Barry’s genius. But Snyder revealed on the Vero social media platform that the speedster was intended to receive an upgrade, courtesy of Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck), who recruited him to the team and served as a mentor.

Snyder also shared Miller’s first costume test, which many expected to be upgraded, if not in Justice League, then in a a sequel or perhaps the Flash solo film.

In the wake of Justice league’s disappointing box office take, some fans have called on Warner Bros. to release a Snyder cut representing the director’s vision for the film. He, of course, left Justice League following a family tragedy and was succeeded by Joss Whedon, who oversaw extensive reshoots.
Snyder has fanned those flames over the past several months by revealing images from scenes he directed that were cut from the theatrical release, including Cyborg’s backstory, Wonder Woman returning to Themyscira and Superman’s resurrection.
