Chris Evans Has Read the Full Script For Avengers: Infinity War

Thanos demands silence, especially from Chris Evans, who’s read the entire script for Avengers: Infinity War.

Although many of the stars of Marvel’s ensemble film have said they were only provided with pages for their specific scenes, the Captain America actor revealed on Good Morning America that he pushed for the full screenplay.

REVIEW: Avengers: Infinity War is the MCU’s Riskiest and Most Challenging Film

“They let me read it, but you gotta get fussy,” Evans said. “The level of secrecy has only increased over the years and they’re so worried about leaks, so you really have to kind of put your foot down and say, ‘Give me the script.’”

Not only did he read the script, but he also confessed to taking home a copy, even though he “wasn’t supposed to.”

The only other Infinity War cast members to acknowledge they’ve read the entire script have been Benedict Cumberbatch, Pom Klementieff, and Robert Downey Jr., admitted as much on Jimmy Kimmel Live, after previously saying he hadn’t been told how the movie ends. Klementieff confessed, however, that she isn’t sure the script she saw was a “fake one or the real one.”
