Armed with knowledge of the future, Ulysses Armstrong refuses to accept that he may not be a part of it. So instead of fading away into obscurity, he’ll do what he can to ensure his place by bringing the future crashing down onto the present! Running one of Brother Eye’s systems through a nanovirus within the Colony’s forces, he’s activated an OMAC protocol and had them assimilated to become foot soldiers of a new tomorrow. Tim Drake’s figured out Ulysses’ scheme, but may be too late to stop him as that same nanovirus threatens to take control of him as well!
