Infinity War will depict Thanos collecting all six Infinity Stones, and judging by the footage provided by Marvel, he will collect at least four of them. We know he has the Power Stone and the Space Stone, based on the official trailer, but now it is clear he will also come to possess the Reality Stone and Mind Stone.
The only two stones that remain to be collected are the Time Stone, which sits within Doctor Strange’s Eye of Agamotto, and the Soul Stone, which has yet to be seen in the MCU. Where it will turn up, and whether Thanos’ plan will come to fruition, is anyone’s guess.
Directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, Avengers: Infinity War stars Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man, Chris Evans as Captain America, Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Mark Ruffalo as the Hulk, Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow, Anthony Mackie as the Falcon, Paul Rudd as Ant-Man, Elizabeth Olsen as Scarlet Witch, Tom Holland as Spider-Man, Benedict Cumberbatch as Doctor Strange, Chadwick Boseman as Black Panther, Chris Pratt as Star Lord, Zoe Saldana as Gamora, Dave Bautista as Drax, Bradley Cooper as Rocket, Vin Diesel as Groot, Tom Hiddleston as Loki, and Josh Brolin as Thanos. The film opens May 4.
