The news came at the Producers Guild Awards on Saturday, where Wonder Woman and Dark Knight producer Charles Roven received the David O. Selznick Achievement Award in Theatrical Motion Pictures.

The PGA revealed its new guidelines on sexual harassment on Friday amidst an awards season that has seen the rise of anti-harassment movements such as Time’s Up and #MeToo. The new policy lays out definitions for sexual harassment and protocols so that victims and witnesses can report incidents.

“Sexual harassment can no longer be tolerated in our industry or within the ranks of the Producers Guild membership,” PGA presidents Gary Lucchesi and Lori McCreary said. “As producers, we provide key leadership in creating and sustaining work environments built on mutual respect, so it is our obligation to change our culture and eradicate this abuse.”

“While the PGA is a voluntary membership organization,” they continued, “the PGA’s Anti-Sexual Harassment Guidelines are sanctioned as best practices for our members. The PGA is indebted to Time’s Up as a resource in creating our protocols. We will continue to work with them, the industry-wide Commission led by Anita Hill, and other organizations in our community until sexual harassment is eliminated from the entertainment workplace.”

Filmmaker Brett Ratner, with whom Warner Bros. recently parted, was involved in the production of Wonder Woman. He faces accusations from Ellen Page, who played Shadowcat in 2006’s X-Men: The Last Stand, and Olivia Munn, who played Psylocke in 2016’s X-Men: Apocalypse. According to Page, Ratner engaged in verbal and homophobic abuse on the set of Last Stand. Anna Paquin — who played Rogue in the original three movies — corroborated Page’s statement. He has since released a statement saying that he will “step away from all Warner Bros.-related activities.”
