Fullmetal Alchemist Film to Screen in Over 190 Countries!


The live action Fullmetal Alchemist film adaptation will be opening on Dec.12 in Japan, and it’s also been announced that it will be screening in more than 190 countries!

The original manga followed state alchemist Edward Elric and his younger brother Al and was serialized in Shonen Gangan from 2001 until 2010. The series was a phenomenal hit with more than 70,000,000 copies printed. In the live-action adaptation, Ed will be played by Yamada Ryousuke (Hey! Say! JUMP!), and his childhood friend Winry by Honda Tsubasa.
