Ahead of the Sunday premiere of Star Trek: Discovery, CBS has revealed the titles of the first four episodes of the franchise’s television revival.

In the premiere episode, “The Vulcan Hello,” the crew of the Shenzhou will make a startling discovery in space, which leaves Michael Burnham (Sonequa Martin) torn between her duties as first officer. The episode title seems to hint at the main character’s connections to the Vulcans: Burnham was a human raised by a Vulcan father — Sarek, who’s also the father of Spock.

Immediately following the debut of “The Vulcan Hello,” the second episode, called “Battle at the Binary Stars” will be available on the CBS All Access streaming service. Episode 3, titled “Context is For Kings,” premieres Oct. 1, followed Oct. 8 by “The Butcher’s Knife Cares Not For the Lamb’s Cries.”

In the United States, Star Trek: Discovery will premiere Sunday at 8:30 p.m. ET/PT on CBS and the digital platform CBS All Access, before moving to the streaming service for all subsequent episodes. In Canada, the series debuts Sunday at 8:30 p.m. ET/PT on CTV and Space, with its second episode set to air immediately after on Space. subsequent episodes will air Sundays through November 5. Internationally, the series will stream on Netflix.
